Villa Loparia is a modern and elegant villa located in the village of Lopar on the island of Rab, designed for guests seeking privacy, comfort, and a relaxed holiday close to the sea. Set on a fully fenced plot, the villa offers a high level of peace and security and is suitable for families, couples, or quiet groups of up to eight guests.
The property is pet-friendly, which is an added benefit for guests travelling with a pet. Carefully planned spaces, quality equipment, and a good micro-location make Villa Loparia an excellent choice for a carefree stay on the island.
The Villa
The villa offers 215 m² of living space spread over two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as one bedroom with its own bathroom. The space is bright, functional, and ideal for spending time together.
The first floor comprises three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom and a south-facing balcony with a hydromassage bathtub, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds measuring 200x210cm, air conditioning, and televisions.
The villa has a total of four bathrooms, as well as an additional separate WC with external access. Guests have access to a washing machine, bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, and an iron.
The outdoor area of the villa is designed for open-air living and complete relaxation. The private 30 m² swimming pool can be heated, and an outdoor sauna is located next to the pool.
The 400 m² garden is fully fenced and provides a high level of privacy. Guests can enjoy eight sun loungers, two parasols, an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, and a comfortable area for socializing.
A children's playground is also located in the garden, making the villa suitable for families with children. Up to five private parking spaces are available.
Location
Villa Loparia is located in a quiet part of Lopar, which is 1,2 km (5 min drive or 15 min walk) from the sea and sandy beach. The village centre, as well as restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and other amenities, is about 800 metres away. The Lopar ferry port is around 2,2 km away. The island of Rab is well known for its long sandy beaches, walking paths, cycling routes, and rich gastronomic offer.

The medieval walled city of Rab is one of the best-preserved in the Adriatic. Stroll its marble-paved lanes, climb the four Romanesque bell towers for sweeping sea views, discover hidden churches and sip wine at a terrace overlooking the harbour at golden hour.
From freshly grilled fish at a konoba (Croatian tavern) steps from the sea to the famous Rapska torta sweet cake with centuries of tradition — Rab's food scene is authentic, local and deeply satisfying. Pair it all with local wine and olive oil from island groves.
Over 100 km of marked cycling and hiking trails wind through Rab's pine forests, past cliff-top vistas and through ancient olive groves. The island's north is gentle and ideal for family rides, while the interior offers wilder terrain for adventurous spirits.
The Adriatic around Rab is a diver's playground — underwater caves, shipwrecks, sea meadows and colourful reef life await beneath the surface. Above water, try kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing or a speedboat trip to secret coves only reachable by sea.
Rab earned the name "Island of Love" for good reason. Evenings here mean long dinners, live music drifting from the old town piazzas, and sunsets that colour the sky in shades of amber. It's the kind of place that makes you forget your phone and remember what matters.
